DESCRIPTION: New construction of a 9,000sf (840sqm) commercial mixed-use infill building in a mill town.
LOCATION: Washougal, Washington
STATUS: Built 2012
ROLE: Project Architect, Junior Designer. I completed all phases of this project from schematic design to construction administration. Works Progress Architecture. Portland, Oregon.
AWARDS: 2013 Citation Award, AIA Northwest Pacific Region. 2012 Sustainability Award, AIA Portland. LEED Gold.
