DESCRIPTION: Small houses varying in size from 450-750sf (42-70sqm) that can be located where the client wishes.

INFO: The design consists of 3 shell units of various dimensions, 2 wet units of different functions, many storage units to fit your needs. When all units are combined a cohesive living unit stands. The shell units come in three sizes (interior areas are given): small: 450sf (42sqm), medium: 600sf (56sqm), large: 750sf (70sqm). Units can be used as primary residences or added to properties with existing residences.
